Battery pack won't charge
The COBI.Bike battery pack is designed to be charged via its USB port indoors at temperatures between 0-30 degrees celsius.
If you do not use your COBI.Bike regularly, please follow these easy steps to care for your battery and prevent slow or complete discharge.
① Battery Status LED

- Take the battery out of the COBI.Bike Hub and connect your battery pack with the USB cable to a power source.
- The status LED should start blinking after 10-15 seconds.
- Fully charge your battery pack for approximately 10 hours or overnight.
- The battery is fully charged when the LED light stops blinking.
Repeat every couple of weeks and you will have a happy battery!
USB Charging Port Battery Pack V2
- Take the battery out of the COBI.Bike Hub and connect your battery pack with the USB cable to a power source.
- The status LED should light red immediately
- Fully charge your battery for approximately 6 hours or overnight.
- The battery is fully charged when the LED light turns green.
Repeat every couple of weeks and you will have a happy battery!
Diagnosis Steps:
- The LED light on your battery does not start blinking when plugged in to USB
Recovery Steps:
- Continue charging for around 13 hours
- Insert the battery into the Hub
- If the Hub reacts (sound, LED and/or light if installed) then your battery is good to go.
- Don't forget to charge the battery periodically.
Should the Hub not react we will take further steps to get your COBI.Bike working again.
